What you wear can carry a message the cameras cannot edit out. That is why, on fashion’s biggest night, we partnered with Cotte D’Armes and Founders Agency to confront America’s gun violence crisis at the Met Gala, without ever attending.

Gun violence is the leading cause of death for young people in the United States. We have a responsibility to bring this conversation into every space, especially the ones that shape culture. If fashion is art, it should reflect the world we’re living in and demand we change it.

About March For Our Lives:
March For Our Lives is the only national gun violence prevention organization dedicated to mobilizing young people to lead the fight for a safer future. Born out of the tragedy of the Parkland shooting in 2018, we have grown into a nationwide movement building youth power, shifting culture, and holding the systems that enable harm accountable.

We train and support young leaders across the country, run national campaigns that demand change, and use art, protest, and storytelling to shift public consciousness. Our work is grounded in the belief that those closest to the pain should lead the fight for solutions, and that young people are not just the future. We are the present.
