In commemoration of the terror attacks at the Government Quarter in Oslo and the island of Utøya on the 22 of July 2011 the Norwegian Government is to establish two national public art memorial sites – one in Hole and one in Oslo. The memorial sites is produced by KORO – Kunst i Offentlige Rum
